Before step 1
Gather only what you need to match the live page
- Product name, screenshot, or short description
- Intended size, color, version, quantity
- Any photo detail you want re-checked later
- Original source URL if you already saved one
Vertical workflow
Four steps on a single source trail
This page uses a timeline layout instead of a four-card grid so each step stays in sequence with the previous check.

1. Find a category prompt
Start with the product group you actually want: shoes, hoodies, bags, accessories, or another matching label on the current public resource.

2. Open the live source page
Check price, photos, stock, option labels, and seller details. If the saved link is dead, search the product name or return to the category path.

3. Lock the exact option
Record size, color, version, quantity, and the source URL. Separate nearby variants with a short note or screenshot.

4. Write the order note
Only after the row and source page agree should you continue into an agent workflow with the URL and selected option text.

Warehouse photos are an extra stage, not a full certification of materials.
Mismatch pause
If photos and option labels disagree, stop and re-open the source page.
Exit criteria
Only rely on a row when all of these are true
- The source URL opens the intended product.
- The option name matches size, color, and version.
- Price, stock, and seller notes were re-checked on the live page.
- QC or seller photos are tied to the same option.
- Shipping and restricted-item rules will be checked on the platforms used for the real order.
